Refund policy
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, including if you simply change your mind.
- Condition: items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- How to start a return: email ppalcastg@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
- Return shipping: the customer pays for the return shipping label.
- Refund timing: once we receive your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: email us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Original shipping is not refunded on change-of-mind returns. Our shipping is free, so there is no shipping charge to refund in most cases.
