Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase. Orders ship from warehouses in the United States and are delivered within the United States.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after you place your order.
- Delivery time: 3–8 business days after your order ships, depending on the item and carrier.
- Total estimate: most orders arrive about 4–11 business days after purchase.
- Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- Orders with several items may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
- Fulfillment: orders are prepared and shipped by our fulfillment partner, CJ Dropshipping, from its US warehouses.
- We currently ship within the United States only. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimate above, email us at ppalcastg@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate and fix it.
